I really loved this app in combination with prompter pal, however it is now very unstable with a IPad 2 - and IPhone 4s combination. It crashes when syncing files and screen display appears in different formatting. Please fix this an you will 5 stars again. Thank you.

Ich nutze das Programm nun schon über ein Jahr und man kann tatsächlich damit Videos drehen. Ich hab mir aus einem Karton und einer Glasscheibe einen Teleprompter gebastelt und lese mit diesen Programm den Text ab. Es funktioniert! Allerdings ist die Bedienung immer wieder nervig. 1. Man muss seine Einstellungen immer wieder von neuem vornehmen. 2. Die richtige Scrollgeschwindigkeit zu finden ist immer wieder nervig und langwirig 3. Hintergrundfarbe und Vordergrundfarbe tauschen klappt nicht auf anhieb (swap) 4. Warum ist nicht Weisse Schrift auf weisse Farbe voreingestellt? Vlt sollten die Programmierer mal die Leute fragen, die das Programm oft nutzen (-: Wenn allerdings alle Einstellungen vorgenommen sind, macht die Verwendung des Programmes und das Ergebnis viel Spaß

Bei dieser App stimmt einfach alles. Die gebotenen Möglichkeiten sind so umfangreich, dass man kaum noch Wünsche haben kann. Über die kostenlose RemoteApp steuere ich im hauseigenem Netzwerk mein iPad2 von meinem iPhone4 und habe einen 15 Zoll Monitor am iPad angeschlossen. Funktioniert einwandfrei und ohne spürbare Latenz. Eine feste Scrollgeschwindigkeit wie bei anderen Apps ist zwar schon soweit ok, aber hey, ich kann ja live noch alles verändern, ich komme also nicht "aus dem Tritt"! Genau so etwas war ein Traum von mir - und der wurde wahr... Ich kann mich bei den Entwicklern nur bedanken! Vorstellung in meinem YT-Channel Studio Bonn

Die App ist schnell zu verstehen, Texte lassen sich aus einem E-Mail Anhang oder aus der Dropbox etc. öffnen, die Einstellungen sind für viele Anwendungsbereiche vollkommen ausreichend. Der Fehler des vorigen Rezensenten, das der Text beim Drücken von Start/Stop springt, ist behoben. Ich kann keine Bugs feststellen. Für meine Kaufentscheidung war wichtig, dass ich meinen alten iPod, auf dem nicht mehr als iOS 3.13 läuft, als Fernbedienung nutzen kann. Und diese funktioniert einwandfrei und reagiert ohne erkennbare Verzögerung. Tolle App zu kleinem Preis! (3.99 € zum Zeitpunkt der Rezension)

Einfacher, zuverlässiger Prompter, prima ergänzt durch eine Remote-App fürs iPhone. Texte lassen sich laden oder in der App erfassen. Font, Schriftgröße, Farbe und Hintergrund lassen sich anpassen. Texte lassen sich spiegeln. Automatisches Scollen mit anpassbarer Geschwindigkeit, Start, Pause oder mittels Wischen. Insgesamt zufrieden. Punktabzug nur wegen 2 Kleinigkeiten: - drückt man bei der Remote Start oder Pause, springt die Anzeige - Scroll-Geschwindigkeit der RemoteApp ist abhängig von der Vorauswahl in PP - ist die MaxGeschwindigkeit zu gering eingestellt, kann man in der RemoteApp selbst bei MaxEinstellung nicht schnell scrollen

I love the features in this app but using another iPad as a remote is a stutter experience. When I first started using this, years ago, I could smooth scroll to keep pace with talent. Now the remote scrolling is jittery. I have to jump scroll which is challenging for talent.

App has not been updated to allow Bluetooth support. As such, you cannot use most remotes.

I just completed my first video using this app with the iPhone remote app. The app is not as polished as some, but the developer has frequent updates which demonstrates their commitment to this app. I recommend it without reservations.

I have been looking for a TelePrompTer app for my iPad for a month. I read all the reviews for many apps. Finally I gave up reading reviews because no matter what I looked at there were always issues. I read what this app offered and took the chance that it would work as it says. I love this app! I am not technologically savvy. I had it up and running in no time! My daughter would tell you that's a miracle! Easy to use, user friendly. I got a remote keyboard paired in seconds. Seconds! Only thing I don't know yet is if I can highlight certain words with color. If I can't, no problem. I'll just use a different font or italicize. Simple, user friendly and fun! And many options available if I want to do more than the minimum! What more can you ask for?!

The prompter itself is great — more features than I need. But one issue make it hard for me to use this app: I'm using my iPhone as a remote (iPad and iPhone are on the same versions of iOS and PrompterPal, and on the same wifi network) but the remote keeps getting disconnected. Each time, I have to go into the Remote menu of each device, then disconnect and reconnect.
