Buggy app and insufficient drivers, at least for the Denver market.
I just found this small rideshare company in the Denver Metro area and they are amazing. They work with me on every aspects of my rides that I need. They try to compete with the bigger companies and they are slowly gaining momentum. Dealing with Michael on a regular basis, he brings custom service back to where it needs to be.
I don’t usually write app reviews, but am so happy with the service that I wanted to take the time to do so. I saw this service advertised on NextDoor. There was only one App Store review & I was a little paranoid about entering my credit card info to try them, so I contacted Apple Support & asked if it was safe. Apple assured me they were legitimate & had gone through the official Apple audit process. I took a gamble & booked a ride to the airport for the next morning. The driver showed up on time in a clean new vehicle and best of all, I saved a ton of money vs the major players in this space. A few days later I flew back to DIA & checked the two national ride share companies again. One wanted $118 and the other wanted $149 to take me home from the airport. I checked Promtli & the cost was just under $60! This time I was picked up in a new Minivan and got a very friendly driver again and saved a lot of money again. I’m very happy with the service & highly recommend them!
