The title says it all. Appalling UX, Buggy, crashes constantly, not properly tested. Just an excuse of an app. Seriously, give the cost of property and commission rates do better.

When working it’s good.
Please fix the app so it’s not down so much. Also there are a lot of fishy or overly duplicated listings (eg photos of wrong condo, wrong details, info mismatches, overly vague etc) Other than that it’s an ok app.
Tons, and tons of bugs
This is a great platform. The app however, is the most unstable, unusable, incompetent thing ever. Whoever your software developers and engineers are, you should fire them or give them a major pay cut. The shortlist function has been out of commission on the app for MONTHS now, and it wasn’t as if it worked before. Over the years, the shortlist function would work for a month or two, perhaps, then not for months and months on end. The app is also really prone to cashes, the feed jumps around as you scroll through the listings, the search function seems to have dementia because the recent searches can sometimes last for weeks but then disappear the next hour, multimedia functions (3D-walkthroughs, videos, etc.) don't always work and sometimes causes the app the crash. Fire your software developers & engineers and hire new ones. Also consider hiring a new UX expert. The UX of both your website and app are horrendous.
Terrible
This is the only app to use in Singapore but it is horrible. Compared to others around there world this is really second rate and definitely not helped by the terrible photos the agents load up to ‘advertise’ the properties!! Just woeful.
The app works, but..
The app itself works , sometimes the filters don’t work (eg the sqf or th e price range). Real estate agents should take better photos: there are flats with more e termale photo than internal ones. And not sure the message system works, as nobody has never replied.
Constant nagging to rate is a complete turn off
This app is generally pretty good. However the last update nags you CONSTANTLY for feedback in the App Store. So, here is my feedback. Stop it.

App is inconsistent, doesn't save when shortlisting properties and constantly has to be reset. Doesn't sync also on multiple devices. App is successful as they have a monopoly on property search in Singapore. Could be more reliable.
No detail
No internal photos No real detail, you may as well have a text list ... Look at other countries' listing much more information and helpful

This is definitely the app to look at if you are looking to buy or rent a property in Singapore. Love the way you can search by the area where you are currently
