This is the first time I come across an app that asks you to register as a first time user (ok, so far so good)…. BUT then when you hit the REGISTER …. Nothing happens . Awaiting further guidance but for now Nothing !!
It has been a while and the IT wasn’t able to fix this Application. Old one was much better. This application is with payment errors, very slow and there is no payment history😡

What a horrible app! I have changed my password twice and it refuses to log me in. Keeps saying my password or username is incorrect!! Terrible and a waste of customers time!!!
The app is as bad as the other reviews described it to be. I’ve been trying to register for over a week and it still hasn’t worked. It’s unfortunate that it’s needed in Dubai for managing service charges etc… horrible app
Nothing works on this disgrace of an excuse for an app. None of the facilities appointment booking works. Most notably it takes your money for the payment of cooling bills (necessary after OrionTek’s previous QuickPay app mysteriously stopped working) but doesn’t show that your bill has been paid. This borders on fraud. I only give it one star because there is no zero star ratings possible. Avoid this excrescence of an app.
