Disappointed
Initially upon downloading this recommended new app, my previous prophecies were deleted. Therefore, I loss those valued words and the history of prophecies not yet completed. Now, for the past several weeks I’ve not been able to access the app due to a (reported) glitch in the app that prevents it from remaining open. I’ve neither received a response nor have the issue been corrected. I am both sadden and highly disappointed by this lack in customer care and technical assisstance. Ms. E.B.
