Proposify

The app seems to have a glitch where it produces an error ‘oooops.. token is expired’ and when that happens there is no way to use the app, no way to renew the token, and no way to logout. It appears from online comments that they’ve had this problem for YEARS and Support’s only advice was ‘delete the app, re-download and install it, and let me know how it works.’ Don’t waste your time with this app.

Can you fix the app so that it doesn’t just say “ooops, token expired.”

This is a great app. However, the token frequently expires not allowing me to use it or see my account.

I use this solely to notify me of Proposal activity (views, comments, signing, etc).

Proposify is a great tool for explaining and delivering quotes and proposals to clients and has great analytics to better understand what’s important to my clients.

I tried the others, Proposify is the best. Great support team too.

I couldn’t even create an account. I tried logging in with google, LinkedIn and Facebook. There isn’t any other option to create an account.

The iPhone app is way too small for use on iPad. App has a few bugs as well, when the login token expires for example you get a pop up on each screen saying token expired until you go manually log out. If someone’s token expires they should be kicked back to the login page. UX 101 here guys, get it fixed.

It took more work on the front-end for the first proposals, but once that’s done copying and customizing other proposals are super easy. I encourage you to give Proposify a try!
