PropStock app contains 3 mini-apps.
(1) Rent or Buy: Should I rent my property or buy it? Put in your numbers and find out.
(2) Property or Stock: Should I use the money I have to buy property or invest in stocks? Find out and see how changes in your assumptions (e.g. return rates, duration of investment) changes the analysis!
(3) Simulator: Try out multiple simulations such as: calculate the mortgage that you are going to have to pay; how much can you afford for the deposit you have; how much can you afford for a maximum Debt-to-Income ratio; what property can you afford for the maximum monthly repayments you can make.
