The app needs some developmental work. It should be just like the site so if you’re remote, you can filter out and generate lists, etc.

Only useful for D4D! Cannot type or effectively search properties. What is the point?!!!! Been like this for months, based on reviews & nothing has been done. Time to look into other options.

I’ve been getting login errors on the app for days now. Website works fine but app just attempts to open for minutes on end, and when it finally does, the same happens when looking up properties. I’ve deleted and redownloaded and same results…

This app is great on the desktop, but for the paying customers the mobile app needs attention — I cannot find my saved properties, and other items I have available on the desktop version. Please address this matter.

As an investor and wholesaler, quality data is my top priority and Propstream simply does not meet the standard. The numbers they provide are garbage. How is anyone doing deals with this service? I’ll admit, they do have some unique property filters that aren’t offered on other apps, but what’s the use if the contact info is inaccurate? Spent three months testing another service (BatchLeads) as recommended by one of my buddies, and I tripled my deal flow. Wish I made the switch sooner.

I have had propstream and the app for over a year. The only thing the app is good for is d4d. Since day ONE I have not been able to effectively use this feature. I was able to use it exactly one time. In order to use the drive for dollars feature I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. I used it and the next day when u went to use the same function, same thing. You tap on just drive or even set your filters and nothing happens. Fix this propstream! I’m basically throwing away money on this feature at this point. Might as well go get deal machine..

I use PropStream(web base) daily for my business and it’s great, but the app is almost useless. I only use it if I see something and add it to my liked properties to analyze when I get back on my computer. Other than that, the app is useless. Driving for dollars feature doesn’t work. The info given for the properties isn’t as detailed. The app won’t show your saved properties. The list goes on and on. I contacted customer service and asked if they were going to make the web base mobile compatible, and they said no. PropStream needs to dump money and either make the app similar to the web base version or make the web base mobile compatible. If you’re driving for dollars, you should go with Deal Machine.

Trouble signing in on the website and on the mobile app. Can’t sign in at all. Haven’t been able to since my purchase.

Doesn’t give you the same information as the desktop version. Waste of time

Great software but mobile app awful. Driving for dollars doesn’t work, can’t use map search. Also need a version for tablet viewing.
