Proscenic

I’m using the app with my Q8 and I find it simple to use but packed with some great features. Also set up seamlessly with the Siri Shortcuts integration.

This review provides an assessment of the products and app. The brand in question is a budget Chinese manufacturer known for producing items of subpar quality that frequently malfunction. Additionally, their Customer Service leaves much to be desired, as I have yet to receive a response after sending seven emails to the company. At this point, I have decided to discontinue my association with this brand and chalk it up as a learning experience. Whether or not you choose to heed this advice and purchase their products is entirely up to you.

Guys, all the recipes in the app, have an issue with viewing. The lines at the steps of the recipes stop where the screen of the viewing device stops instead of continuing to the next line. There is a tip to view properly by sending the recipe as "share" to another app, but I am sure this should be unnecessary if you tweak the app with a small update.

Most times I open the app I have to fight past ads. Just to use my vacuum. Very poor ui.

All the devices are top quality I have the air purifier, cordless vacuum and a oven/air fryer and all work well using Alexa and the App to control them . Easy to connect to network and all robust

Bought the 8Pro and it works great, the App is a little glitchy but vac is awesome. I recommend any of them that empty themselves, save so much mess and hassle. These aren’t vacuum cleaners, there’s do a great job in removing day to day dirt, they don’t replace a normal vac. They work great on vinyl floors. The duo offers they have are great value.

Really good robotic vacuum. Cleans downstairs three times a day. He does get stuck on laptop cables, curtains but that’s an easy fix. Not great on carpets or mats. He suits our home.

My last pro scenic M8 stopped emptying in less than 2 years now with a new M9 (offered at a reduced price) It continuously loses the map and will not accept the map from map management. Also continuously gets blocked on emptying. I object to having to wade through advertisements every time I go into the App.

Having purchased several Proscenic vacuum robots and being thoroughly impressed, I was really excited about the X1. Unfortunately I have been left disappointed. It often refuses to empty the bag (which was the main selling point) and gets stuck in places it shouldn’t have gone to in the first place. I’ve tried contacting Proscenic for help but with little success. I’ll keep trying.

Having a hard time connecting the app to the robot using same wifi.
