The Prospector Theater has the best customers in the world bc by and large, we buy in advance. Buying tickets in advance gives Prospects a heads up as to volume & allows them to prepare themselves and their stations better to serve customers. I know that Prospects want nothing more than to optimize our movie going experience, and the app helps us help them do this, so the app is just a win win way where everybody can play a part in making someone’s workday more fun or less stressful for them in the long-haul. I know everytime I go to the Prospector I want to, and do, see people enjoying their work as much as customers enjoy their movies and the connection is not missed on anyone. It makes me feel good about our community when Prospects have a good day at work because it begins & ends with customer satisfaction & these are customers who really have an eye for meaningful employment and deserve & bring out the best in these employees!!
