Aplicativo está péssimo! Depois que atualizou simplesmente não funciona!! E ninguém resolve o problema!

Não aparecem as coletas, somente nome do vigilante do dia.

O aplicativo costuma travar e o próprio pessoal da protege me orientou a desinstalar e reinstalar 🤦🏻♂️

Não consegui cadastrar a empresa, preenchi e a mensagem de dados incorretos. Perguntei ao agente e ele não soube me informar do app. Edit: Cadastro super certo. Estou adorando o app. Atendente Gabriela super atenciosa. Obrigada Protege.
Suporte
Atendente do suporte tem pouquíssimo conhecimento sobre o aplicativo. Tenho 2 empresas. Primeira cadastrada com sucesso, na segunda digitei o mail errado e o codigo para validacao n chegou, e o app diz que nao tem limite para mais empresas. Atendente ate o momento nao conseguiu no minimo excluir o mail errado ou corrigi-lo.
