Not well thought out
I can’t make head nor tail of this. The app settings do not marry up to the settings on the unit, which is an obvious clanger and don’t get me started on the underfloor hearing cables themselves.

Great app, very easy and zone control is fab !
This works as a remote control for your thermostat and makes it ‘smart’, yes - but why does the heating schedule for Mon-Fri all have to be the same? I want my room heated differently on different days, as I don’t have a regular working pattern but it’s impossible to program this. Very disappointing and inflexible.
This app is impressive you can turn you heating on from anywhere as long as you have wifi however I would love to be able to connect Siri as it’s only able to connect to Alexa and google assistant
Very fiddly to use (see other low stars below), and now the app has all of a sudden switched to asian language characters that I cannot read or change back. The requests submitted to the help centre go nowhere - it’s now Dec and my questions from July still shows ”waiting to be processed”. Utterly hopeless.
App works ok, but is a pain to navigate. Customer service is non existent, asked a Q via the app and no response several days later. Thermostat has not updated its time when the clocks went back one hour, so all scheduled on/off periods are now useless.
Yep, I can confirm, it’s works and it works well.
This is unbelievably fiddly to set (for eg, to change time / temp you have to open a rotating display, which automatically closes again moments later - you need very fast fingers. And if you’re making a big change to the time, you have to remember to change the on and off in the right order because it won’t let you set the on time after the off or vv, even for the brief period while you’re setting it). My work flips pretty randomly between two very different schedules, so I have to programme my heating on a daily basis. No two weeks are the same. But I have to do every day from scratch, for both my controllers, because there’s no copy function between days let alone between controllers. The whole thing takes forever. This is no different in functional design from the one I grew up with, more time ago than I care to mention - why? This type of control is capable of so much more.
Was working fine till this morning. Now crashes when opening, even after reinstalling!
Limited functionality
