Ótimo pra controlar a alimentação. Seu esquema de pontos é idêntico ao Pro-pontos do Vigilantes do Peso.

Ótimo app

O app funciona muito bem, infelizmente por enquanto está só no padrão americano, mas pra quem tiver uma noção de inglês e do sistema métrico de lá dá para adaptar bem.

só serve pra EUA

App parece bom, porém ele não usa o sistema métrico. Inútil a brasileiros e europeus.
