You can see all the booked events of the season on a single screen. You can immediately check whether a deposit has been paid, whether the full amount is paid, or if the work has been delivered. Of course, you’ll receive notifications as reminders of events, and you can export events to Apple Calendar and Contacts or print a paper label. On the event card, you can see all necessary information clearly along with a map. You can start navigation to the specified location directly from the app. You’ll also have access to the weather forecast for the event day, along with the time of the golden hour and sunset. You can call clients directly from the app or send them an email.
Easily book wedding events with all the necessary specifications, and you’ll have comprehensive information available in one place. Enter the event locations, and the integrated API will display a map, calculate the distance, and estimate the travel time, even the fuel consumption. Record when the deposit, partial payment, or full amount was paid, and you will always know how much the client still owes you. Track extra expenses during the event, such as fuel, hotel, photo album, assistant, etc. You can save a profile picture of the event to keep a photo of the newlyweds as a memento. On the dashboard, you can see upcoming events, unpaid invoices, events that need to be completed, and how long they’ve been waiting for processing. The annual summary and reports will show you all the statistical information for the current season, including an overview of planned events, financial summary broken down by event type, expenses and profit, total time spent on events, as well as the average turnaround time for delivering work to the client, the number of guests, and distance and travel time.

Prowedian works with the Google Cloud Firestore database and can function even without an internet connection, which often happens when working at weddings in remote locations.
