De inbox geeft steeds ongelezen mails aan maar er staan geen mail erin

Il faut sans cesse se reconnecter, session interrompue.
Onbruikbaar geworden
Kan de app van Proximus Mail op mijn iPad helaas niet meer gebruiken. Bij opstart verschijnt steeds de boodschap ‘gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord ongeldig’. Terwijl ik zeker weet dat deze correct zijn, want in Safari doen die het wel. Wanneer komt er een bugfix?
Proximus mail
Zeer traag bij de opstart. Duurt soms meerdere minuten voor de mails verschijnen. Ook soms een bericht dat er geen wifi verbinding is, alhoewel dat er wel verbinding is. Zeer frustrerend. Ook het herinstalleren van de app biedt geen verbetering. Mails verdwijnen ook, ineens een gap van meerdere dagen
Trop de bugs
Soucis réguliers et mails qu’on reçoit en double ou triple. Aucune stabilité de la plateforme.
Vraiment pas optimal
La boîte mail se déconnecte très régulièrement. Les mails n’apparaissent pas toujours dans l’ordre . Vraiment décevant par rapport à la boîte Google.
Contenu des anciens mails
Parfois il n’est plus possible de consulter le contenu des anciens mails Il est indiqué le message n’existe plus C’est très dérangeant pour des mails importants
Problème
Proximus mail ne va toujours pas impossible d’envoyer mon courrier ou si pièces jointes encore moins
