Pas moyen d’utiliser l’app depuis 2-3 mois, un problème inattendu a été détecté. J’ai beau désinstaller l’app et la réinstaller, ça ne change rien

App gaat niet meer open
App gaat niet meer open op iPhone sinds IOS 17 installatie. Krijg de melding dat er onverwacht probleem is dat zal worden onderzocht. Kan niet verder op dit scherm . Krijg enkel een knop opnieuw proberen waarbij je weer dezelfde melding krijgt.
Perte de connexion
Application qui ne vaut rien du tout. Perte de connexion régulière. Ne trouve pas le wifi alors que les connexions sur YouTube sont possibles. À éviter

Mist heel wat essentiële features
Eventjes uit de app gaan om iets anders te doen, en de video wil niet meer verder spelen. Dan krijg je een foto te zien. Bij opnames van een serie bijhouden welke aflevering je al gezien hebt, het gebeurt niet. Kijken op een apparaat, en daarna verder kijken op een ander apparaat, betekent dat je zelf mag zoeken naar het punt waar je gestopt was met kijken. Maar terug- en doorspoelknoppen zijn er dan ook weer niet. Het lijkt er wel op dat Proximus deze app tegen zijn goesting maakt. Van alle streaming apps is dit echt wel de meest deprimerende.
Oups une erreur s’est produite
Application au top de la nullité ne fonctionne toujours pas depuis mon dernier avis négatif …. Il y a 1 an Augmentation des prix 2x par an pour des produits qui fonctionne pas Dommage qu’on ne puisse mettre 0 étoiles c’est ce que mérite cette superbe application de brin
Slechte app
Hapert om de 5 minuten als ge Apple TV hebt , Proximus al op de hoogte gebracht maar komen met geen oplossingen , triestig ! Zeker als 45 jarige klant !
Proximus picks
Bonjours, j’ai acheté le programme pour regarder tous les matchs de foot et au final je n arrive pas à regarder un seul match, j’ai du wifi et de la 4g mais rien ne fonctionne, ou bien vous vous foutez de ma gueule ou bien vous voulez juste arnaquer les gens!! Mais pas de soucis, je vais juste arrêter mon abonnement et le faire savoir sur les réseaux sociaux, car dépenser autant d argents par moi pour ne rien pouvoir regarder c est la honte et juste une pure arnaque!!!
Streamen werkt niet altijd
Om de haverklap moet ik de app verwijderen en weer installeren omdat het me niet lukt te streamen. Frustrerend!
