Worst app ever used

I tried to login to app and portal through multiple ways. But not successful.. worst app some one can experience.. Apple should remove this app immediately.

Can’t login with given login ID and PW. Pathetic app.

Worst Insurance app I ever used. Period. Password reset/sync takes more than hour. No network hospital data available.. unable to view my e-card… why do they even provide the app? Just for name sake?

First it ask me to change the password, even though my password was not expired. Secondly, It asked me to login every time when I open an app.

They are making fool of employees in the name of group policies. Any corporate please refrain from partnering with these people. No one picks up support calls. Waste of time and money

You can not login to app, the OTP you receive is @@otp. This app is just fill in the blanks in prudential portal.

I have changed my password. I can login using that password on web portal but unable on app. I have raised a ticket on web portal but still waiting for their help and it has been 3 days

Password set through web but app is denied and getting login failed attempt.

App is useless to generate cards, claims , network hospitals, raise support. You can inly view your policy from the app. Nothing else works
