The entire experience was so upsetting, after all the discussion, the car that was booked was told is not available now. Was told to choose a different car with higher price invoice. And at the end that car was also not delivered at the time of departure.

Just totally avoid them, this is a scam they will take deposit extra petrol, Fast tag and will promise you to refund all of this at the time of delivery ones its done, they will block you. Don’t trust them and 90% of their cars are very very bad in condition , even for pick up they ask to come and random location as they dont want customers to see their warehouse so they can continue with their scam.

So bad experience. It's been a month that I booked their service. I booked a car and gave the delivery time 7am. No one answered our call. We kept calling 100 times but no one answered. I kept waiting for 3 hours in rain. They spoilt our whole time for the day. It was an emergency for us to go but they are highly unprofessional. And when I went they didn't give a car that we booked. They gave whichever one was available. Thats also okay. But when we came back they didn't return our booking amount. It's been a month that I am trying to connect and texting. No one is even bothering to revert. Highly unprofessionals. Would never recommend anyone. Please don't avail their service. They won't give back your security deposit. A BIG FRAUD COMPANY.
