Description
Simplify mileage logging for expense reimbursement and tax-deduction. Psngr tracks your trips automatically, calculates mileage and expenses, and generates reports. You can track any number of vehicles and up to 40 free trips per month.
TRACK
• Start a new trip manually, and Psngr will record the trip until finish.
• Enable AutoPilot to let Psngr record all your trips automatically.
• Psngr auto-detects driving, bicyling, walking and even trips made by public transit.
• Psngr automatically adds a stop to the trip when you stop, and resumes the trip when you start driving again.
• Psngr remembers locations and places you visited in the past, and reuses those in future trips.
• Forgot to log a trip? no problem! You can log any trip completed in the past by simply entering your past departure time.
CLASSIFY
• Swipe a trip to the right to classify it as #business. Expenses are calculated immediately for business trip base on mileage rates.
• Swipe a trip to the left to classify it as #personal or to delete it.
• You can add any #hashtag to a trip for additional categorization or grouping or trips. You can later search trips by hashtag!
• Gain fine-grained classification control by splitting mixed business & private trips, or by merging consecutive trips in the same day.
REPORTS
• Psngr generates reports automatically - weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually.
• Reports can be configured to filter trips by vehicle, hashtag or driver.
• Reports include mileage, locations, vehicle info, expenses, CO2 emissions and more.
• Psngr Enterprise accounts allow employees to submit reports directly from the app, for review and approval by their manager.
VEHICLES
• You can track multiple vehicles with Psngr. Plug Psngr Beacon in each vehicle and the app will detect your vehicle automatically and log the trip accordingly.
• Create additional vehicles in the app to separate mileage logged with your private car vs. your company car, for different fiscal entities, different clients, projects, etc.
MILEAGE RATES
• Psngr bundles standard, tax-deductible mileage rates in 15+ countries, including US (IRS), UK (HMRC), Canada (CRA), Australia (ATO), New-Zealand, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, South-Africa, and Ireland.
• You can add custom reimbursement rates that suit your needs.
• Mileage rates provide rules for expensing trips based on daily, monthly or annual distance threshold. You can, for instance, set one rate for the first 10000 miles logged in a fiscal year, and another rate for each mile over 10000.
• You can create shared mileage rates for a team of drivers or employees.

• Psngr Beacon is a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) iBeacon USB device that you plug in your vehicle.
• The beacon increases tracking accuracy, enables vehicle detection, and allows you to share a vehicle with other drivers, thus maintaining a single vehicle logbook of all trips made, regardless of the driver.
• Using Psngr Beacon, you can restrict Psngr app to only track you when you drive a specific vehicle.
PUBLIC TRANSIT
When tracking trips by public transport, pre-plan your first trip in order to teach Psngr which transit lines you use to get from A to B.

App keeps crashing
Unable to get the app worked properly and keeps crashing since the last update today 😟 Hopefully it’s gong to be resolved quickly
Paid for a subscription
Used it a while ago, and it worked perfectly fine. Now that I’ve re-downloaded it recently, it keeps crashing and I have to continuously have to uninstall it and re install it to get the app to function.
Easy to use
The app performs well. It would be nice to be able to record other car expenses such as Fuel, registration, tyres, insurance and service costs
Flaw for every User to be aware of.
The app automatically sets itself to record your trips, so turn tracking off as a first step. I only needed 20-25 trips a month, so this app suited me perfectly, and is without a doubt very user friendly, and I wanted to enter them manually. My trips are not in any sort of repeated order or follow any formation. As such my 40 trips were eaten up within 2 days which left me with choosing to pay the subscription fee or find another app. Disappointed in that let that there is no ‘warning’ or ‘advice’ to new users alerting to this, however it is user friendly and a good app.
Great App
Easy to use as it can automatically track your movement set on walk/cycle/drive. Highly recommend.
Amazing tracker but no space for logging odometer
I love the auto tracking however I find the app frustrating because, regardless of tracking trips I still have to find another app to write in log book of odometer reading before and after for taxation purposes. Hence, making the app unfortunately under resourceful.
Brilliant!
This is so helpful and easy to use. I love this app! This is going to help me so much at the end of the financial year, to claim tax for fuel. I really like that there is no glitches and it super quick to edit and and trips
Not working since latest IOS update
Brilliant app but recent IOS meant that the tracking stops about 30 seconds after you start driving and you have to restart it manually which of course is impossible while driving!
Slow response to Live Chat
This app works great when it works but when it doesn’t work there is a frustrating slow response live chat that has people in the Netherlands to help you but it can take up to 9- 12 hrs for a response if you are in Australia as I am . I was told due to the time difference they only have someone attend to the live chat during their daily buisness operating hours ! After a discussion on this with the developers via a different pathway using Email not live Chat , 9-12hrs wait was considered from their end to be a reasonable timeframe to reply to a live chat on issues that effect the app as I am using it on my daily buisness operating hrs ! I have not experienced this with other apps before as apps sold globally are usually prepared for time differences in their help/ live chat sections of their apps ! It is my expectation and experience that an instant chat portion to the app would have an attendant available 24/7 if not then the customer of the app would be made aware during the live Chat when the person on the other end is available ! Only with PSNGR have I experienced if there is no person there you are left wondering how long it is going to take for a reply ! I was given the impression from the developer if I want live chat then I would need to use the live chat in the aligned hrs which would mean contacting them during hours that I would normally be asleep !
