I’m paying $22 per month for the subscription so I can record more trips, as the free version has a limit of 15 trips per month. However, I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with how unreliable the app is, especially when I’m giving my money to them every month. 

Frequently, the app fails to record trips automatically, even though I have checked and confirmed that all the necessary settings are enabled in both the app and my iPhone settings. I’ve also updated the app and deleted and reinstalled it, but the issues are still occurring.

On top of this, the recorded trip times are often incorrect, and some trips are assigned to the wrong day. As a result, I’ve had to start manually tracking my trips, which defeats the purpose of paying for an app that is supposed to make this process easier and more convenient.

I believe the developers need to have their IT team investigate these ongoing issues and improve the app’s reliability and overall performance. These problems are particularly disappointing when customers are paying a monthly subscription for a service that should work smoothly and consistently.

At this point, I’m considering switching to a different trip-tracking app because, frankly, paying $22 every month for an app that frequently fails to work properly feels like a waste of money. I hope these issues are taken seriously and addressed, because the app needs to be much more reliable to justify its subscription cost.

After starting a new position I started using the app again after so many years. When I open the app it tells me an update is available, which I then press, and it takes me to App Store. There is no update in sight.
I remove app from phone & reinstall about 4 times. Each time the result is the same - update available, but nothing there.

The app whitholds so many features if you don’t pay and also you are only limited to 15 trips a month. 
App is really annoying too it keeps tracking even when the trip is over? The blue tracking symbol in the island is constantly there.
