Says cannot connect to host every time I try to login on app since the new update
They double charged me and promised they would refund my 88.63 via check. They did not send me a check. They sent me a pre-paid master card which is not accepted at most places where I shop.
This is probably the worst company to ever exist, not only did they turn off my electric, but they failed to notify me that I even had a payment due. I set it up on auto pay through the phone service they provide.. that failed to continue auto pay as well as failed to provide me any notice that I had an upcoming payment. Terrible services.
Problem 1: Has been occurring since the last update. After being disconnected and paying my power would not be TURNED BACK ON until an additional payment was made. That $1.85 fee racks up AEP. Problem 2: How come on Fridays, even if i have sufficient amount in the account the business day before, i still get service disconnected? No other days of the week work like that, unless it was a new silent change. Problem 3: This one has occurred forever and probably will continue to. When going to confirm and review payment (right before submit) sometimes this app will get stuck in a loop and wont go to the review page. You get forced to use the AEPril bot or chat to make a payment. ill adjust my rating if these are fixed.
Pay bills, report outages, and monitor outages with estimates on repairs. Thank you developers.
App does the bare minimum. Some key features are broken (like bill comparison) and a lot of the links in the app take you to the website, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app. Was expecting a little more from a major utility company that services millions of customers in 2024….
They need to update the app to show how your payments are made (debit card with last four numbers, or last four of bank acct number used). I made a payment this morning and can’t remember which bank acct I used. Never got a confirmation email after the payment was made either. I also don’t see it showing up in either of my bank accounts, but my AEP acct balance is $0 on the app. I called PSO and they can’t see how it was paid either. This seriously needs to be changed. This is f*ing ridiculous. Every other bill I pay shows where the payment was made from except for this one.
Power went out during a biblical storm, was fixed while the storm was still happening. Don’t know if it’s just because I’m new to Oklahoma or whatnot, but apparently these guys will go out during absolutely anything. Nothing but respect.
App needs to be removed due to lack of support. It’s crazy to increase monthly bills but tools such as this app is worthless. Where is the money going?
