I should have posted this ages ago! Support beyond belief! These guys are truly amazing and the app is life enhancing. I have been using this app for years for everything from depression to weight-loss, from spiritual growth to positivity at work. There is just so much here. I searched for an App to help me sleep and this was probably the 7th one I tried. It works great for me. I also like how I can have a short or long intro. The problem is I have 21 purchases to restore that won’t download and I’ve been waiting for support to answer my request.
Since I've started using this I've noticed many changes happening. I'm planning to try more.
The first time I used this track I was a little put off by the redundancy of the induction UNTIL I realized later that this was also the first time I'd gone completely under ( I have dozens of tracks by others). It works even without earbuds, so well in fact; my skeptical husband wants me to purchase more tracks in the Rachel Meddows series. This is a definite recommended purchase.
I love this one and I have noticed a difference in myself already. I recommend it definitely.
Really great App! I went from having terrible sleeps to being able to sleep through the entire night and feel rested when waking. I highly recommend these apps for anyone having trouble sleeping!
I really like her voice and method. As I have a few of her sessions I would like to hear some variation in the intro part. Not that it is required but more since I listen almost every night I know too well exactly what I'm going to hear. So if different topics were done from beginning to end from scratch it would be more fresh. Still this is the best I've heard in the apps. I would buy more sessions if they cost a little less. Like 1.99 instead of 3.99 each.

I don’t find her voice to be relaxing at all. It’s not very smooth and she talks very fast. I like them more smooth and slow relaxed sounding voice. I find it to be more soothing. This is not
My mind loves to overthink at bedtime. I use it very often. I use it in the middle of the night after waking and having a hard time going back to sleep also. Rarely do I remember what step to made it down to in the story. If I make it to the end I will restart the app just to keep my mind on something else besides life or work. Highly recommended!!
