▶ Does it work for trauma?◀
If you have been diagnosed with PTSD, your provider may have suggested CBT. But if you were diagnosed with cPTSD (complex PTSD), your medical professional or PTSD coach may prefer you to use a DBT program. At this time, Psyhelp does not offer DBT.
