To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). The App has following features:
– Complaint registration against various services i.e. telecom services
offered by service providers, mobile registration/ DIRBS, stolen mobile
handset / IMEI related complaint, internet content related complaint, etc.
– Tracking of complaint to view its status.
– Feedback on the complaint.
– History of complaints of individual user.
– Consumer awareness on different issues.

Not working on iphone 13 pro max
The app is not working. it just open a boank white screen. I closed the app and restarted the app several times but it doesn’t change anything.

Complaint against service provider
App is not working whenever an application for the service provider is selected. After going to the 2nd step. The menu pops up and nothing happened
Doesn’t work
The app gives error while signing up. Cannot use it
Unable to open complaints
App is bugged and not working on iphone 14 pro max. I am unable to register complaints as there is white blank screen when selecting from drop down menu.
