PTBO Specialized Van Service Reviews

Rarely get a bus

mastermaxx 44 on

Canada

9/10 times the busses are full. If the app delivered on its promises then it’d be great, but as of now i hardly ever get a bus and just get told to try again later. Not to mention it only allows me to order busses after 7:45 pm even though the app service hours are much different.

Seriously

When I have been able to use the app, I get whisked away on a 2 hour journey home when it normally would take 40mins. But that is only if I am able to get a seat on the app. The app does not really allow for students at the university to use it as the drivers never really want to come up here unless absolutely necessary, which is totally understandable. However, it sucks for students because we then can’t take our normal roots home as they have been cut down to accommodate this service. Just kinda sucks.

buses in ptbo were bad enough

tbh this app is unnecessary and doesn’t take people on east bank into consideration. literally stopped my bus for what? I don’t think people in charge of this app realize how many students have night classes and are on the east side ps: been waiting here for 70 mins.

Error-Not in Service

absmay on

It’s not working at all— I’ve been trying to use it in different locations at different times and I keep getting an error code.

I see the potential!

I’m using this app on a Thursday afternoon and unfortunately I’m receiving the error message that the app is not operating at the moment. It says to try using it during service hours. However, besides that it seems like a handy app to have! I assume it works similar to the Transit app!
