so lets start off with what was happening as of two days ago. i would open the app, try to start learning or doing anything, and it would freeze, crash and repeat. i sent in a report about this bug, nothing has been done yet. i decide that since i had a subscription that i paid for, that the app would recognize that if i were to reinstall and would keep my progress. to my surprise, that is not at all how this app worked. it has completely reset my progress and now the subscription i paid for, maybe 4 days ago has gone to waste too. i don’t even know what to do or say. i just want my progress or my money back at this point. i will find a better app to give my money to if this won’t be resolved.

I’ve been using this app to prepare for the PTCB exam, and I can’t recommend it enough! The practice questions are very similar to what I’ve seen in other study materials, and the explanations provided for each answer are incredibly thorough. The app breaks down complex concepts into easy-to-understand sections, which has really helped me build confidence in areas where I struggled before. I also love the customizable quizzes and the ability to track my progress over time. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and well-designed, making studying so much more efficient. This app has been a fantastic tool in my preparation journey – worth every penny!

Need a larger amount of different questions and the answers need to be in a different order every time the question repeats.

One of the best apps I’ve used so far to prep for my exam . Variety questions based on community pharmacy & hospital setting .

The question for alligation method don’t have a right answer. Which is ridiculous considering that this is official app from PTCB

I’ve been using this app for a few days now and it’s great! I use it when I have nothing to do, during long car rides, and really just whenever I can. It is making me feel much more confident towards my test! It’s great to get used to the questions and especially how to problem solve the math oriented ones :)

I paid for Pre-test but only got to address one question and that was the first one. Then the page skipped to question number six so I stopped but couldn’t get anyone to tell me what to do. I spoke with an agent of yours who sa song is she would report the incident and I would get an email about what to do. I never received any emails as promised. I want to reschedule the certification test until after I take the $29.00 pre-test. Please advise. Don Stanton

Great and helpful

I noticed that some questions were incomplete or just plain wrong... Theres no easy way to report the questions or give feedback on the questions other than emailing them... I love the explanations as to why the other answers are not correct, but sometimes the reasoning is just written as basically 'options a b & d are wrong because theyre wrong'. Id like a little more explanation to properly learn. i do like that they track what you need improvement on and i can bookmark questions, but id like to know that my questions are written correctly if im going to be paying to access study materials.
