PTCL SMART TV (OFFICIAL)

Stop scamming ppl in the name of smart tv on ur phone. This app was updated 5 years ago and this version is not compatible with latest iOS. I tried to instal on android, the app called SHOQ TV told by the PTCL CSR another scam. The app is asking for the mobile number instead of username provided by the PTCL and you have to subscribe and pay for services. Please stop advertising such false products in ur tv adds and website which you do not have. Really disappointed! :(

Doesn’t work and keeps crashing

With the latest iOS 16 i am unable to use application as it crashes every time i tried to watch live channels

Steep price for average services. Complaint resolution hectic frustrating time consuming. Its a wonder this company is surviving.

This is the worst thing I ever used it takes an hour unloading and anything you search up doesn’t work and there’s nothing on it

Looks like they didn't test their app not even a single time otherwise they would have known blocker bugs not letting user do anything.
