PTminder

This app does everything I need, but looks quite basic for the clients using it for tracking workouts.

Poorly design app. I work in tech too and absolutely cannot stand this app. There is also no option for me to contact the customer service nor cancel my membership nor remove my card info. My PT uses it but this app has annoyed me so much I don’t really want to use it anymore.

I’ve had constant issues over the last year and to make matters worse I’ve been informed of a further 35% increase in monthly cost, thanks but no thanks Customer care initially was fantastic but more recently it’s declined massively in my opinion.

My trainer is using this app and first time round all es well. I bought a 10 session package and booked my season. Then I bought a 5 session package and was unable to book anything. Told me I didn’t have a CB package or the wrong package. Double checked with my trainer and nothing wrong with what I bought and tried to book. That was over 2 weeks ago and it is still not fixed. Support seems to sit in India and there are language communication issues. Right now it is more hassle then it is worth it.

Desktop and iPad work file most the times but the iPhone app continually reloads and refreshes. Sessions booked don’t register and cause the app to sometime force close. Not a fan but the system my gym uses so what can you do

So this app is being used by my PT, problem is I can’t book any sessions as it tells me I need to buy a package/membership which I have. Can’t circumnavigate it and can’t seem to iron out the bug. Very poor and bad app!

Buggy and very poor app, always going wrong

Doesn’t bring up my bookings. Crashes all the time. Buttons in the app are not responsive.

All these scheduling apps seem to have their issue I’ve been with a few and have had to leave, but what gets me with it is that the customer service is actually 100%. They are so helpful there are a few features on the app and on the software in general which I wish were available which I hope they are working on and I wish the app matched with what was on my laptop as I can only schedule clients into sessions/classes that they have requested on my laptop, that’s my only downfall. But I’m sticking with them!

I use PTminder for my business and I’m very happy with the desktop and iPad version, however the iPhone version keeps crashing when I try to add a session. This has been an ongoing issue since I started using the app a year ago.
