Description

The Rewind Technique will give you closure which means an end to the nightmares, flashbacks, avoidance behaviour, mood swings, exaggerated startle response and increased arousal. No other treatment currently available can claim to provide closure. The RT is easily understood and once completed correctly does not require to be repeated, ever. As medical director of the PTSD Unit at the BMI Birmingham Hospital,UK and the originator of the Rewind Technique for treating PTSD, I can assure you that this treatment has been proven effective and enduring in clinical practice since 1991.

I love Dr. Muss approach to treating PTSD. His training was so helpful and this app is a valuable resource

The original Rewind

RSDtoo on

This app is Dr David Muss’ Rewind technique (available to all but maybe best for therapists’ use alongside therapy sessions). I find it’s great to have all you need to do a Rewind, including PTSD test materials in one place, in one simple app. I use it a lot and recommend it all the time. Rachel Shattock Dawson, Integrative Psychotherapist.

Unbelievable positive change

I’ve been struggling with symptoms of PTSD for over 17 years! This technique has changed my life. I couldn’t believe how quick and simple such a huge change could be. I never thought it possible. I revisit the technique using the app whenever I start to feel uneasy, or if something triggers memories. Try it, you won’t believe it!

PTSD stops here

EnclaveCounselling on

This app really is very beneficial and I’ve been using it with my clients now for a number of months. It is a very simple step by step method to doing the Rewind but can also serve as a refresher if the technique not employed for a while. David has given therapists a wonderful gift to use with clients and the results not just with clients but with myself produce lasting change from the triggers of PTSD. I am looking forward to the day when this will be available on the NHS as a treatment option for survivors of trauma.

You have nothing to lose by trying it. It seems like hocus pocus, but I have seen it and used it myself. It’s amazing.
