Issue with some game ram memory?
Some of the games have no memory of previous play. After closing app and returning to it later the running pots have reset to default start points and machine happiness is reset to where it wants £150 again to be jackpot happy. not sure if all devices are affected? I’m an iPhone user.

Poor app support
Several problems very recently and takes an age to get anything back from support. Purchases made and bonuses not collectible, just credit you with small amount and does nothing to sort problem. Now pub slots app is freezing and no reply from support for four days so lost all credit bonus and not able to play games. Very poor waste of money and no chance of getting refund
