Sold us a desk with no hardware. I emailed to let them know and they told me to bring it back for them to look at. My husband drove in a storm to bring it there just for them to say they don’t cover hardware and it’s our fault for not coming to “preview day” to make sure it’s not garbage they are selling us. I would think preview day is to check for damage, size, etc., not to make sure what they are selling will actually be able to be built into the item that they are advertising! Highly disappointed as I’ve bought from this place for years.
