The prices to post may be cheaper but there is a reason for that. Parcels are sometimes not in the lockers when given a collection pin. Or when depositing a package, there will be a package inside already. This is not safe. Rather pay the extra $$ and stick with postnet.
Easily the worst app be ever encountered and is barely useable just use another company that actually know what they are doing.
If you don’t give permission to use your location at all times it spams you asking for location access every time you open the app. Something is also wrong with design of the user/password fields because Apple can’t auto fill the user login info it just leaves them blank, this is the only app I have every experienced that. The Pudo website is also garbage and very poorly designed, come on guys you can do better!
I love using Pudo… but I hate using the App. Extremely frustrating app to use, but such a great service. Wish they could just get the app right.

Can’t even register an account. The adress field is as useless as a dry tap. Stop forcing people into a inaccurate adress, I know my adress, no need for Google to suggest one for me, a wrong one that is.
The app is suffering from a serious lack of user interface work. The information changes while you are entering is. There is not step by step process telling you how it works. What shows on the app keeps on changing
So I had added R100 to the app for a delivery but I ended up not using the app. So i sent them an email requesting a refund and they said they would refund me. It’s now months later and countless emails later and they won’t refund me. Please don’t waste your time and money on this app
I have been using PUDO for a while now, and it has become the best thing for my small business. The process is easy and sometimes my customers receive their parcels on the same day which is really awesome for business. One thing I need you to look at having an address book for recipient. If not an address book, a function that will allow previously used addressees to pop up. This will save us a lot of time.
