After shopping online I had various items in my basket when I went to check out and had a message saying to download the app and get 10% off my first order. I did just that but when going through to checkout the app would just glitch and wouldn’t allow me to enter my details for delivery, or collection. After trying multiple times on several devises, I contacted their online chat and advised of my issue, they advised that they will log it and look into it.. but couldn’t help me actually pay for and order my items? It took 3 days for me to be able to finally put the order through (luckily my items were all still in stock!) however the 10% discount code given to me didn’t work so I was really disappointed. If it wasn’t for the time I’d spent shopping, and the items I really wanted, I wouldn’t have bothered from the start.

10% off incentive to download app didn’t work
I had a pop up to say use app and get 10% off first order so I did. The code took the 10% off then something went wrong and it just wouldn’t work so had to pay full price

Order my clothes on Sunday and my order got cancelled on thursday which is very inconvenient and annoying after I had paid and placed my order
Basket doesn’t work
Basket doesn’t work on google chrome desktop.
On iOS the experience is truly abysmal. Added items not appearing in basket summary (yet contributing to the total). Can’t remove duplicates. No confidence whatsoever in it. To top it off I get to the final step before paying and a mystery item seems to be added to the total while not appearing at all anywhere. Terrible app

I was offered 10% discount for downloading the app.
I’ve tried to submit the discount code several times however the app did not give me the discount .
Very disappointed.
Discount code didn’t work
I download and ordered through the app, specifically to receive the new customer App discount of 10%. it was super easy to receive when I logged in, however the two places I tried to enter it at the checkout accepted it but didn’t apply it. Bit disappointing.
Worst online site ever
Pull and bears app is appalling. It gave me a massive headache just trying to do the simple things. Took ages to make a purchase and then wouldn’t apply the promised discount code. They also charge for pick up delivery. Disgusting customer service. Avoid
