With the Heart Rate app on Apple Watch, you can measure and monitor your heart directly from your wrist.
Features
• Measure your heart rate and get additional insights into your heart health.
• Quickly view a graph that displays your heart rate measurements throughout the day.
• View resting, walking average, workout and post-workout heart rate each day.
• Receive a notification if your heart rate remains above or below chosen thresholds after you’ve been inactive for at least 10 minutes.
• Receive a notification if the Irregular Rhythm Notification Feature* identifies a heart rhythm suggestive of atrial fibrillation (AF).
• Add the Heart Rate app as a watch face complication to quickly open the app.
