It measures your heart rate but there is no read-out of oxygen level as promoted in information about the app online. The title said “pulse oximeter” and showed exactly the same logo. Maybe this developer is presenting a knockoff.
Accuracy is non-existent. It is 25-30 points different. iPhone is +- 25 beats. ie: iphone@~72 Finger machine @~ 97 Quiet and resting both times. Tried it several over 5/10 min.

Считаю сам -60 в состоянии покоя,а программа показывает 115 и выше, и это в состоянии покоя!!!)))
Не знаю на сколько это всё достоверно, но несколько раз выдало одинаковый результат +/-2
На iPhone нет пульсометра чтобы приложение работало
