If you’re reading this, it means you also bought the Pet Robot and are upset with the purchase. If you haven’t bought one yet, please don’t. It comes with three documents 1) Instruction manual 2) A QR code for setup 3) A slip that reads ‘Please call customer support before returning this device’. Makes sense now why they include that in the box. I bought this as a Christmas present for my spouse and she was SO HAPPY when she saw it! I felt like “Yeah I did good!” We have spent several days trying to get it working with no luck. Customer service only answers on week days so I haven’t been able to reach them. It has turned into a sore spot between us. It turns on randomly, and it won’t shut off properly. It may be a fire hazard. A sad piece of hardware and software to say the least.
