Broken PVP and no support from the devs!

PunArena, broken, broken and then more broken. Matchmaking starts, connection then freezes and the game is locked until you quit, which then puts a loss on you. Countless people are reporting this and yet habby can’t be bothered to respond to the issue never mind look to fixing it.

Great game! But….

Hi developers, Great game lots of things to do which is great but defo need more trial tower levels I have hit 200 and now can’t continue which means I can’t earn more gems and items. Please can you add more thanks.

It’s now become a pay to win. You cannot even participate in the season properly without investing heavily in coins to tackle the boss.

Been playing this game since the start and for some reason every time you update it, I can’t play it anymore, my game crashes at 48% on the loading screen can you please sort this out. As I’ve had so much fun in the last two years. And I’ve spent a lot of money on it.

Network error

Hi can i please get some advise on what to do as a I can’t upgrade anything , Weapons , Skills , Hero nothing as all i get is : Network Error

P2W + ads

A lot of aspects of this game is P2W. Punrank and punarena puts you against players with much better equipment so it’s impossible to get anywhere near the same level of damage as them. The game is fun I will say but any competitive aspect is taken away from when you’re guaranteed to lose. It makes no sense for me to be at 60k health with none of the relics (that you can only really get after playing for months unless you pay for them) going against someone with 200k+ health at the lowest rank of punarena. Punrank is a different story in a way as you aren’t directly competing with another player. However, the damage you can put out with much better equipment also diminishes the fun of the experience when you can get no where near that. Basically, a lot of aspects need to be worked on in this game before any sort of competitive modes should have been added. The ads, while not intrusive are 60 seconds (followed by a 15 second I guess just extra ad for the fun of it) before you get anything. Oh, unless you pay them £10 a month for skippable ads. The vast majority of things require you to watch ads, such as getting energy quickly which you need to do anything in this game. Plus every time you load the game they shove their ‘deals’ in your face for things like £50 for one piece of equipment. These have a tick box option to not be shown but still somehow manage to appear every time I open the game regardless.

Just not working

I tried to download the game after seeing some of the reviews but after I downloaded the game I played the tutorial and now it keeps saying no internet connection but I test my internet and it’s working perfectly fine

Impossible to progress

So I started playing this game, but I found a strange problem, what’s up with my inability to do anything! Can’t upgrade my talent, can’t open level chests, can’t open mail! I have no idea what’s happening, and I’m sure other people have this problem, I won’t be expecting a response from the devs.
