No sirven me tienen un dinero retenido en la wallet de un reembolso de una remesa que nunca llego a su destino, ahora quiero comprar algo en su tienda y me rebotan el pago me lo cancelan cada que pido entonteces que les regalo el dinero o que? Sinvergüenzas
esta app ya perdió su brillo
Antes todo era gratis, excepto por los retiros. Si hubiesen cobrado desde el inicio de su lanzamiento de su tarjeta, no habríamos tenido ningún problema bajo sus condiciones, pero ahora ya cobran por todo y aumentaron también los cargos. La democratización financiera se fue al piso
Atención al cliente
No digo que la app sea mala, pero deben mejorar en su atención al cliente, chateo para una consulta y demoran más de media hora en contestar 😐 o incluso 1h. Gracias

Excelente en funcionalidad, pero casi nunca atienden en soporte técnico y de que vale tener una visa si tienes que esperar 48 horas para recargar si usas una visa nueva

Esto es una tienda no un punto pago es engaño uno pensando que puede hacer recargas por o pagar cosas

Gracias a esta app, llevo un control de mis pagos.
Dejo de funcionar
No es posible utilizarla, manda error cuando se hace las recargas. Antes con la misma tarjeta funcionaba bien. Y el retorno del reclamo, “es la tarjeta del banco emisor” e insisto que es la misma tarjeta.
Robo
Me hizo recargar 7 veces y decía que debe completar bien el registro y salía error, ahora veo en historial y cobro las 7 veces que Hpu*tas. Una lástima que esta aplicación funcione asi para Robar
