This app is as fun as your own creativity. Act out a story of Pirates on the high seas, fight as scary monsters, or play the part of a Wild West bandit on the loose. You can even combine any characters however you want!

Your creations are only limited by your imagination (and voice acting skills in my case).

This app is awesome but when ever I try to make a new character or a new background, the game brings me to my home screen. I love the app though but it won't work for my iPad please help!!!!

Charming and delightful

After all the video games out there, it is such a pleasure to find an elegant and simple app that let's children (and adults) be truly creative. The free app contains a handful of puppets and a few background scenes. With the in-app Director's Cut upgrade, you get a range of themes (Wild West, Space, etc.) but, more importantly, the option to import photos to create your own puppets and backdrops. Get your puppets in place, press record and away you go. You can have up to 8 characters in a play (not all have to be on stage at once) and 5 backdrops. Your shows, with your voice-over narration, are captured and ready to view whenever you want. Using a drawing app, you can create a whole make-believe scene or spooky villain and simply import it into your database of available puppets and props. Highly recommended!

Great, but missing some things.

This is a really good app for making short cartoons. The interface is simple and easy to use. My wife and I make shorts for our daughter to watch. Wish it had any kind of export. I wish the art packs available for the iPhone were also available for the iPad - seems kind of silly they aren't. Also the first time I installed one of the backgrounds became "permanent", it was not shown as selected and I couldn't deselect it. Lastly - looks like development has stopped ? Developer's Blog seems barren.

Excellent App

This is a great app for the whole family!! Use you imagination and impress your friends with a story written by you... Fun for all ages, one of the best apps out there hands down. I wish you could export movies and post on you tube...
