Worst customer service. Never any solutions. Just had me running in circles with no explanations for any of my order issues.

Bunch of thieves, they are overpriced. I had no choice but to get a product with them I never got the product now I'm stuck with them taking deduction from my payroll for an item I never received

I have tried to purchase a gift for my son and have multiple attempts cancelled with no communication. I finally gave up. They wanted access to a back up payment with the total amount of the purchase on my back up card. Sketchy. Then they said my address is was not valid. It obviously is. I’m beginning to believe this is a complete scam. DO NOT USE!

The service itself is awesome so far. The problem is the app itself. I will try to search for something and then it continually logs me out every time. You guys would be making a ton more money if people could actually log in!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD…… FIRST TIME BUYER AND MY LAST! ON 11/22/24, I BOUGHT AN IPHONE 16 PROMAX (PROTECTION PACKAGE INCLUDED) FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PHONE ITSELF I NEVER RECEIVED, JUST AN EMPTY IPHONE BOX INSIDE A PUNCHED-IN SHIPPING BOX THAT WAS RETAPPED AND DELIVERED BY UPS (PICS FOR PROOF). I CALLED THEIR NO GOOD SUPPORT SERVICE (NO HELP AT ALL). THE DAY THE “ MALFUNCTION BOX” GOT DELIVERED AND STATED THE SITUATION THESE FOLKS DENIED MY CLAIM AND REPLACEMENT RIGHT OFF THE BAT AND I ONLY HAD THE EMPTY BOX FOR 20 MINS FROM DELIVERY… NOW IM STUCK WITH A BILL FOR SOMETHING I NEVER GOT TO TOUCH NOR OPEN ALL BECAUSE THE SHIPPING BOX WAS SCANNED AS DELIVERED. 🗣️🗣️ WHY WOULD I GO THRU THE TROUBLE OF FILING A CLAIM AND POLICE REPORT IF THIS WAS A LIE BUT TO THIS SCAM POWER COMPANY MY CLAIM IS ALL A LIE ALL BECAUSE A “DELIVERY STATUS”. NOW IM HAVING TO GO THRU ALL THIS COURT SYSTEM STUFF JUST TO PROVE A POINT🙄🙄… JUST BEWARE

Soooo my story begins on November 28th I order a tv, not low on stock or out of stock. It’s now December 7th. And no update. Order is processed no shipping info online or on the app. Call the automated line, “your order shipped out with out with our delivery service” it says Weird I call and wait 20 minutes on hold to find out, my order isn’t shipping they don’t have a TV to send me. Now I understand supply and demand but not given any notice about my order being canceled. Is a scam looks like they wanted to charge me for a tv I would not receive. I’d check out Amazon credit program before I would go with this ponzi scam. Have a nice day

This company and APP are a complete nightmare can’t even log into account the bugs on this app are unbearable . About to close account and never order a thing on this horror show

Although my tv took a really long time ( maybe a little over a month ) I finally got it . It’s a very nice tv . & I don’t even notice the payments coming out my check . .. love that it comes with a warranty too .

I ordered Beats by Dre and one of them doesn’t work. I wanted to exchange them but I shouldn’t have to wait a week to get this product again. So disappointing and to top it off I don’t understand a word your customer service people say. They have terrible accents.

Look, I love this program that I have through work. I love the ability to be able to do this, I love what’s offered. . But the app — it’s so bad. I have to fight tooth and nail to do just about anything in it. Especially when searching travel. It’s so godawful. Buttons stop working, you click one place and it wants to do something else. Not to mention sometimes it loops you back into the login screen randomly. . I prefer using the app when I’m not near my laptop or just don’t feel like pulling out my laptop (eg while watching tv or laying bed) but with everything that’s wrong with the apps functionality, it just—it’s so terrible.
