Feels like family.

Small town banking with big town Results! I am so happy. Instantly I felt like a family member in a way, not just another number or invisible. Percy doesn’t hold large checks for long, it’s just different from any other bank experience I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you PEFCU!! I’m a banker for life!

I like money…

They have it. I take it to buy sandwiches and stuff. It’s a good system. … and the mobile app is pretty cool too.

Issues with capturing checks for deposit

Joseph E Q on

United States

PFCU mobile deposit system is ages behind most banks. The system can’t self capture check images. One has to inverse the check direction to get upright image of checks for deposit. It’s been so for the last 2 to 3 years with no one bothering to fix it with updates. This is frustrating as one has to make average 4 to 5 attempts to get checks deposited. Other banks are more efficient and less time wasting to deposit checks. Dr. Quansah

Super user friendly! And it works!

Mobile deposit weak link

EyeDocIN on

United States

I love Purdue Federal Credit Union but the mobile app is weak. It routinely takes 5+ attempts to deposit a check via the mobile system. It constantly rejects the image despite all four corners being in the picture and typed amounts.

Please fix mobile deposit

The mobile deposit is so glitchy. Makes me snap a photo of the check like 10 times before accepting it and half of the time the camera is glitched so it’s upside down even when I rotate my phone. Awful functioning.
