No proper investigation of customer cases

In case of complaint from a chat partner, the support team openly admits that they don’t read the underlying facts. Thus I had forcefully deleted the contents of my profile without investigation. No money refund for subscription was offered. Apple , are you sure it is in compliance with customer policies ?

Great app and community

I enjoy Pure, I ve been in few dates and it was great, I had some weird online experience but I feel “protected” in Pure. I like that community is open minded, but if the app would be payed for girls, I wouldn’t use it. Women are already investing a lot of money in their beauty routine and other pink taxes, I am attractive enough and don’t have to use app to meet someone. On the other hand I feel that the fact, that guys are paying is a good filter and doesn’t absolutely anyone to get an app. I think it benefits the community.

I love the concept and I love the design. But mandatory subscription without a slightest guarantee whether it is worth it just doesn't seem fair. I'm not risking throwing away my money and discovering a minute later I'm the only user in the area...

Cashgrab!! Do not use!

Blatant cashgrab, there are almost no active users and all the five star reviews are bought from bots

I’m either too old, ugly, or a loser

The app works great and the concept is genius. However, as my title says, I’m either too old, too ugly, or too much of a loser. I spent more time on this app than I care to admit and it didn’t really go anywhere. For the money it costs, it’s not worth it. I deleted it before my monthly subscription was up because the lack of interaction was too depressing.

Людей в моей стране в приложении почти нет, а цена такая же как везде (мега высокая). Делаю вывод что людям интересно только зарабатывать бабки, а на пользователя им насрать.

No trial

I'm not wasting money on a subscription. There's no way to tell how many users are actually using it and since I'm from a small country where anything other than Tinder and Badoo is very niche, it's not worth the risk. If I could at least browse some ADs near me for free then I'd know if it's worth it.
