After increasing their plan rates, they have made it impossible to pause one’s plan when one is not at the gym. It looks intentional.

I can’t change my date to pause my plan and I can’t reserve classes This is so bad and annoying

I can’t reserve a class on the mobile app. The app automatically closes when I click on reserve class.

The app always shuts down when I try to reserve classes. I can’t even log on to the website to do same cause it keeps giving me error messages.

There is a glitch on this app, anytime I try to make payment..... the app keeps closing itself

I cant reserve for classes sometimes and other times it on permanent re serve even when the class is over. Please do something about it
