AC is either hot or not working in the women section
I want to express my concerns about the AC situation in the gym. It’s either not working properly or it’s too hot because there’s no air circulation. I’ve noticed several clients asking to turn off the AC, which is unacceptable since others, including me, are working out with heavy weights and struggling to breathe. The heat is unbearable, especially in the women's section, which is in the basement, while the men’s section on the ground floor has much better air conditioning.
I also observed the cleaner controlling the AC, and the manager, who is of Filipino nationality and wears glasses, claimed that she has been working out in a jacket and that the air conditioning was fine. That response doesn’t reflect everyone’s experience, and it’s not a proper answer for a client at the gym. However, she assured me that she would check the AC, and I hope it gets better so I can continue my membership. On a positive note, everything else in the gym is good.

Previous version was much better, you could see how many spaces left for the class, recommended exercises, equipment usage... With the new version is just the dashboard... Bad bad bad...
Unable to change buddy through the app
Changing your buddy on the app or on the website is proving difficult. The guide on the website is incorrect as the steps suggested does not exist. I resorted to emailing customer service to get assistance and still waiting on their response.
Still cuts off audio from other apps
Another update and this app still cuts off the audio from my other apps when I launch it. Please fix this!

Only been using the app a short time - but I feel the need for an Apple Wallet pass for the entry QR code as the area we go to the gym the signal is a bit hit and miss.
