With Telenor’s PureMobile App, you and your company gain access to a range of professional mobile features. You can use the app to provide a better service to your customers, to get a more efficient workday and finally improve the internal collaboration in your company. The PureMobile App works with all business subscriptions in Telenor.
Get started quickly. The first time you log on to the App, type in your mobile number followed by the code you receive by SMS. Then you are up and running.

Virker gammelt
På mit arbejde at vi skiftet fra Relatel til Telenor (RenMobil). Omstillingen virker meget gammel. Vejledningerne fra Telenor er 11 år gamle (ses på skærmdumps datoer), og det føles også som om, at der ikke rigtig sker udvikling af produktet. Det omstillingsbord, vi kom fra virker ihvertfald meget bedre.

Tilføjelse ønskes
Vi bruger søgerplanen hver dag, og kunne virkelig godt tænke os at søgerplan tilmeldings knappen kunne tilføjes som en Widgets på hjemmeskærmen.
Aktiv efter at mobilen har været slukket
Det er meget irriterende at jeg bliver sat aktiv i en søgeplan, så snart min mobil har været slukket. Har fået flere uønskede opkald pga. det.
App ligge ned?
Kan app´en ikke ligge ned? Jeg har brug for det på en fastmonteret iPad i bilen...
Fejl
Hej appen er klart bedre efter opdateringen, men der er stadig et par irriterende fejl. 1) man bliver ofte logget ud af appen, så man skal logge ind med telefonnummer. 2) Periodisk kommer der ingen omstillingsknap, når man vil stille om.
Fejl i app
Appen bliver ved med at spørge om telefon nummer når jeg starter den. Derudover ser jeg frem til at telefonsvaren går ud af beta. Nogle gange vil den ikke afspille medmindre den er på højtaler.

Hej Kunne være fint hvis man som administrator kunne melde folk ind og ud af søge gruppen, i stedet for at man skal ind på multiplan og gøre det
