This app is absolute garbage. I can’t tell if the ratings are true to the app or just people raving about their bed. You would think that with all that money they make off individual beds they’d put some of that towards a good team to build the application! This thing is garbage
One side will disconnect from Bluetooth from time to time
Randomly creates new alarms at random times, so you may experience having your mattress going to 90 degrees at 3:42 AM. Unintuitive interface. Even if you check for them before you go to sleep, it crashes if you try to delete or modify them. Frequent crashes. Ugly interface.
The App syncs very quick and it works good just want to be able to adjust lumbar to a degree and the remote seems like it would charge but dont think it does it should be a phone holder and speaker for alarm that would be the cream de la creme
Great update from the old PowerBase App. Connection is far superior than before as well. The mattress is just as great now as it was when I got it over two years ago. I’m so happy you added the Alarm function. One request though, can you add support for Siri Shortcuts? That would make everything absolutely perfect.
App works well with the base. Ability to operate both bases through the app is a plus
Remote worked well prior to the new IOS update. Now it does absolutely nothing and doesn’t even pair with the bed any longer. Update your app!
Mattress itself we are happy with. The remotes for the power base we are extremely dissatisfied with as they don't work 97% of the time. The ap works well enough but the plus and minus buttons escalate so quickly and it doesn't have the option the remote has for preset preferred positions. Thank you
We bought our bed a few weeks ago because my husband has suffered from a myriad of chronic aches and pains for years. After his recent shoulder surgery, we decided to try it and see if ANYTHING else could help the pain. The purple mattress and purple adjusts power base is definitely living up to its reputation. It has alleviated some of my husband’s back pain and his shoulders are also mostly improved. We love the massage feature, anti snore and zero gravity positions. He still snores a little, but no apnea! I don’t have to nudge him awake to breathe! The flat button is awesome in the morning for resetting to spread the bed! The sheets and duvet are lovely and soft and keep us cool and comfortable. The only quirks we’ve found are that the remote doesn’t work since we downloaded the app and paired our bases to our phones. Also accessing the massage is tricky on the phone screen for me. It takes the right kind of tapping or pressing to activate full body and also to stop the massage, and the timers on my app don’t work. We’re okay with that though. So far we have almost fallen asleep, but we have managed to stop the massage just before falling asleep! Well call tech support one day when we have time!! We love purple! 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
