This app has the best and most effective workouts. From a quick 10 min bootie ban to 45 min of an intense workout that will get you pumping! This app has been the great thing for my shifting schedule. I have the best workouts at the palm of my hand at any given time.

I’m loving this intuitive and easy to use app! I really like how this app categorizes all the content so that I can quickly choose what I want. Each workout is expertly guided and packs a lot into a short amount of time. The music playlists that accompany each video are an added bonus! Overall, a really smooth experience that keeps me working towards my fitness goals!
I like how this app starts off with wanting to know your exercise experience and goals, shows an immediate interest in wanting to help you achieve them. There are tons of versatile work outs, recommendations and a community section where you can share and communicate with other members! Very cool!
So incredibly happy that this launched, I know this is a labor of love from a talented and dedicated coach. I love the concept of adding your own music to a workout, which makes it so personal. The filters for times and types of workouts make it easy to navigate. And the energy and programming from Trish & Sarah is top notch, it’ll challenge you whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete. Would love to see the app go even further and allow users to build their own playlists or have reminders for them to workout, to add that extra level of accountability!
I have been training over 20 plus years and this is my go to fitness app. This is the level up of virtual training as there is a selection of follow along workouts where you train with a small group in real time. Motivating as everyone is in it together and you don’t feel isolated working out at home. The app itself is easy to navigate as you can select from abs workouts, HIIT, tabata, yoga, etc. The classes also have music playlists as an added option and the music does not drown out the instructors voice. I truly never actually write reviews on Apple but I feel like I must for many reasons, of which I’ll list a few. 1. Trishala Poulose (aka TPF or Trish P. Fitness) is a Grade A trainer and instructor. I first encountered her at Barry’s and fell in love with her 6:30 am workouts! 2. She has adapted her following from the Red Room to IGTG workouts, to Zoom workouts, and now On Demand workouts via this app. 3. She launched a great product and created a team of fitness professionals to help you achieve all of your goals. I am a definite TPF stan and know you will too if you give it a shot!
App is great, really enjoy the follow along workouts. Hoping one day to be able to find my abs!
This gives you everything you need for a solid home workout! Strength, cardio, yoga! These folks know what they are doing. I think a lot of fitness folks are not actually trained and just try to teach but these folks are certified fitness instructors and you can tell! Awesome app!
