Unlike EVERY other timer app on ios
I needed a simple timer for circuit training. This is a wonderful timer. Thanks for keeping it simple and free. A weight loss journey is already expensive enough without having to pay for numerous apps.
New jogger here. Was looking for something to time my running and rest periods. This app seems to work well, but it drops the last rest period, which I don't get. If I run 3 minutes, then walk 3 minutes and then repeat 4 x, that should be 24 minutes. When I enter this in the app, it puts up 21 minutes. So it's dropping the last walking section. What am I missing?
If all you want is a literal timer, then this app will do the job. However, a lack of color/contrast options to help people with poor vision and colorblindness tells me that this app is incomplete. I personally had a very hard time reading the red on black. There are also misspellings and cut-off text in the settings menu that makes it feel like the app maybe didn’t receive enough care in the first place. That’s just a polish thing though. The timers are functional, which is the important part. I just wish I could make them easier to see.
Works great for my class, but don’t like how quiet it makes my music when using it and then how loud it gets when it’s done.
This is a good app for this I use this for 1 backflip for every 10 seconds for 14 minutes the voices help so much if you can’t look at the screen plus the voice options are great
Shame this app can’t just have an EMOM tab. If this won’t happen, maybe put somewhere on your website a simple instruction on how someone can configure a Tabata workout with 1 minute workout cycles and Zero rest seconds (and maybe 100 rounds) so that it effectively works as an EMOM timer.
I use it for monitoring my workouts. Really like how easy it is to use.
Timers are great. But I hate how it stops my watch workout tracker when finished. No option to stop the interaction.
This company has built a fantastic tabata app. I tried quite a few apps before settling on this one and I love how customizable it is! This is a side note for developers about my personal experience using the app: I wish there was a way to save multiple custom timer settings. This is because I use tabata not only for exercising but for structuring my self care routines. It would be great if I could save custom lists with a title and could chose them in a drop down menu. I would be willing to pay a one time fee for that for sure. And that’s coming from someone who does not typically pay for apps. I’m willing to pay because 1. I got to try it out and 2. I think keeping high value fitness apps free is important for public health if that makes sense!
