This app has helped me to gain a lot of upper body strength. It was really hard at first but soon I started noticing that I could get through the sets a little easier, even though the reps are going up. I'm still doing incline push-ups but once I can complete the whole challenge doing incline, I'll change to regular and do it all again. You choose your difficulty level to help prevent feelings of failure. If I can do it, you can too! Good Luck! :)

Great app, does everything I wanted, and then some. I'm well on my way to 100 push-ups

It works!!! Follow the program as it is...at the beginning you'll feel like you're able to do more, don't! Stick to the program and you'll see results and get to the 100 non-stop, I'm at 55 non-stop

I like it.
