How much does Pushups Counter cost?
Pushups Counter has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is $9.24.
I first loved the app - very simple and was exactly what I was looking for. However, I started using the app in November last year and last years November entries are still showing in November for this year. Very annoying.
Another suggestion for improvement would be to be able to view YTD push-ups and custom range. Not just the preset last week, month, etc.
Update
I believe this app updated and now you can only view your records from the past 7 days unless you upgrade to premium. Been using it since the start of the year and been able to go look at ALL my progress for free. Now, if I want to see how many push-ups I’ve done this year I have to pay. I understand forcing premium for certain parts of the apps, but simply reviewing the number of push-ups I’ve done should not be a premium service.
Like the simplicity, but premium upgrade ad is ruining it.
Liking the simplicity of this App so far.
Easy to enter daily push-ups as I do them, and to see weekly progress.
What I don’t like: starting today, the App has become frustrating to use as a forced ad to pay for a premium version constantly appears while trying to enter push-up data. One is forced to look at the premium upgrade ad until it times out- about 20 seconds. It reappears over & over while trying to enter one data point.
Good for a week. Then ads became ridiculous.
I started the app and it did not trigger ads at all for a week. Then it got to where so would open the app and have to look at the promo to purchase the “Premium” version of the app.
I found it annoying but decided I could live with it.
Now, however, anytime I flip through any menu of the app it triggers the ad for the premium version.
Unfortunate how obnoxious the ad pop up is. It’s actually a pretty simple/easy/nice app to use. But I’m not going to pay anything to use it and I’m not going to put up with the constant ads.
History lost
Used the app for about 2 months. Had purchased premium and randomly it lost all my history and no longer showed I was a premium member.
Ads EVERYWHERE
Any time you do anything, there is a full screen takeover ad. You want to click “hide” on the ad on the bottom of the screen? Too bad, that actually opens ANOTHER ad. Seriously I would have paid for pro if it was just maybe an ad when I open it or something, but an ad every time any action is taken? Come on. Excessive.
App is Great!
This is a great app! I have downloaded the push-ups, pull-ups and squats counter. Have you all thought of creating a Dip Counter that would be great!
Ads ruined it!
This act was absolutely PERFECT for the what I was trying to do ( 100+ push-up/day) . It is simple and works flawlessly, until now. After about a month with no issues all of a sudden their ad keeps appearing to purchase the premium version. I honestly wouldn’t mind paying for it, but they spam the app so bad that it’s almost useless now. I can’t even count up to 30 push ups without the ads popping up. It’s absolutely annoying and frustrating. I will be deleting for that very reason.
Great App
Short and sweet. All I ever wanted was a push up counter. Nothing more.
Simple, in a good way
This is what I wanted. A simple app to track push-ups. No touching the screen with your nose silliness. No programs. Just an easy way to keep track. One flaw. It doesn’t switch to the next day when it should. I have to force quit it in the morning to advance to the next day. Please fix that!
